Conditions of Sale
This policy insures that the product you receive from us is original, not tampered with, and retains its best possible condition. A restatement is necessary because we are experiencing what may be called "voyagers" that buy and return.

- All Gun Show sales are final.
- All ammo or reloading component sales are final.
- No returns or refunds on custom work.
- No returns or refunds on lay-a-ways.
- No returns or refunds on leather goods.
- No returns or refunds on books, manuals, or other printed matter and videos.
- No returns or refunds on new factory ordered guns. Special consignments are available.
- Posted Prices or verbal quotes on Firearms have a cash discount.
- Internet and Catalog: Sales of guns from in-house stock and that are shipped have a 3-day inspection period. Sale is final on the 4th day of the week. Returned Merchandise must be in the same condition that it was sent.
- Items not included in the above have a 3-day inspection period. If returned within that period, the buyer has a choice of:
- 85% of sale price minus shipping & handling, or
- 100% credit of sale price minus shipping & handling.
Returned Merchandise must be in the same condition that it was sent.
